It is your responsibility to ensure that the full and correct delivery address is supplied to us with your order. If an item is lost or returned to us as a result of providing an incomplete or incorrect address there may be an additional charge due for redelivery to cover our costs.


Please note that for international shipping outside of the EU the recipient is responsible for settling directly with local government authorities or carriers any customs duties or taxes levied as a result of importing items into that country.


If you wish to cancel an order once the order has been placed you should phone us directly on 01962 734488 before 5pm on the day of your order, or before 5pm on the next working day if the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after this time as the parcel will have most likely been despatched. In this case you should follow the Returns Procedure if required.


Please carry out any returns within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Please enclose a completed returns form.

Goods must be in a resaleable condition with swing tickets attached.

For faulty goods return postage costs will be covered. Please contact us prior to returning any faulty goods.

All returns are accepted at our discretion.

For your own protection we suggest you use Recorded Delivery as this service will provide a tracking facility. You should check the value of the parcel contents is sufficiently covered when using this service.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post.

Should a parcel fail to reach us you should contact your Post Office to claim compensation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
